Press Kogyo is a successful engineering company with ambitious Japanese owners. We work with sheet metal with a thickness between 1.5 and 18 millimeters, and we are world leaders in our field.

Our owner is the global Japanese conglomerate Press Kogyo, one of Japan's largest sub-suppliers, with factories in Japan, Thailand, the USA, China, Indonesia, and Oskarshamn. We are a complete subcontractor for sheet metal parts, adapted for small, medium, and large series.

In Oskarshamn, we have approximately 160 employees and an annual turnover of around 500 million SEK.

About the job

We are looking for employees for our various workshop departments:

• Laser operators
• Welders
• Press operators
• Painters
• Forklift drivers
• Robot operators

The work varies depending on the department but includes, among other things, supervision of machines and robots, material replenishment, post-processing, packing, quality control, and forklift driving. The work often involves having your own responsibility for your machine or position, but you will receive support and guidance from your colleagues.

Person profile

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and structured. As a person, you are technically interested, a quick learner, and meticulous. You are unpretentious, flexible, and have good teamwork skills.
